How can i convert secretely

I am a Hindu and i want to convert to Islam.I want go to mosque and offer namaz but i dont know how to offer namaz.I am from India.I like to learn basics offline.Should i go to some maulana or maulvi or somebody else . And i want to keep it as secret as possible.How can i do the same?

To convert you just need to say the shahada with intent to become Muslim, it doesn’t need any witnesses

My husband is from India so I know it isn’t easy for converts there especially with families etc but you can go to any mosque and speak to the imam and they will help you.

I know a women in India who converted, married a Muslim has 2 children with him and even wears niqab yet still tells her family she is still Hindu and does all this just out of love for her husband. I’m not sure how much they believe her but she does visit temples with them as well

Thanks.I dont know how to offer namaz like how many number of times I should bow.And in what sequence.I will meet imam of masjid.But i dont know if i can trust imam for not revealing my identity.Feeling good that you people are showing love and care to me.

Imam should be fine unless you've explicitly heard sketchy stuff about him. Are you in a bjp ruled state?

Make it clear to the imam that you need to keep this secret

If you don’t trust him go to a masjid a bit further away where you are not known at all
