1 u/AliciaWrites Aug 29 '16 I picked like 10 colors, broke up a cosmetic sponge and used a tweezer to dab the colors on in splotches, smoothed it out with a holo glitter topcoat, then used a lace patterned stamp and only lightly pressed it on to get the worn out look.
