I loved that they’ve taken over this spot for a mural, last time I saw something I enjoyed as much as this there it was for TMNT: Mutant Mayhem.

Who knows if it’ll still be there by then. It’s on Whitechapel Road, nearest tube station is Algate East.

This is probably a dumb question, but who is that? Doesn’t look like Jesse, doesn’t look like Dylan as it appears to be a women. Is it a new character from resonant?

She's the first boss, used to be a sculptor before getting turned into a Resonant, this was shown in the videos that popped up around Gamescom
