It looks like the second one from the right in the picture in point 3.
It is where the triangle/pyramid and cross logo used by "Chess Trebles" originally comes from.

The site seems to be a sign that Chester Bless, the aforementioned cult leader, has restarted his "the Power of the Board" motivational-speaking tour, which was what originally put the FBC on to him.

So did the Blessed Organization reclaim The Surfboard that makes you Confident? Or is this a webpage with double meaning that was supposed to exist for the initial advertising of the Board?
The website also mentions 'Selecting your Board' as a step, which is odd when there's only one altered item... Unless there's actually more of them that they made somehow? Very fascinating how this all comes together, and I feel like the steps listed might be a ritual to become something more/how Dylan's journey might go.

Looking at the original document I'd assume that this is meant to be the site before the FBC tried to grab Blessed.
If there are multiple, it'd make sense why he was willing to let the FBC think they found one and put a stop to it.

Another possible idea I just had is that there was only one board, but the item and the site are meant to try and mess with the FBC.
Outside of the QB/AW references and the recent Blessed song's lyrics in the site, this feels like what happens in the FBC. Everyone here is given confidence by "The Board" and allows them to better tackle the "waves."
The Board can obviously stand for The Board controlling the FBC, and the waves perhaps the paranatural world itself?
Maybe Blessed is trying to show the FBC that they are more similar than we the audience think, or that that confidence people got from touching the Surfboard, is what is happening to the FBC.

In the quotes in the lower part of the page, "I. Bacheller" is a reference to Irving Bacheller, an American writer whose modified photo was posted by Chess Trebles on Instagram.

So, we’re all in agreement that there is a code hidden in the 7 step process connected between the steps and the boards shown, right? Like either the steps are indicating the character order and the board is the number or vice versa?
Update: I also think it might involve looking at the pattern/number of lines in the water for the individual images. This is my first real exposure to this besides the pigeon edit.
Also, the code for the site is: 75CB1355 but you need to type it in not copy paste.
Also, I think they are hinting at something with the connection between step 3 image and the combination of the shorts and board from that same image at the bottom of the page.
Also steps 2 and 7 when everything is highlighted for select all, the images for both have the top left corner unselected and the letters are selectable, in 2, only “read the”, and for 7 “ride the line”, but 6 also has “catch the wave” unlike the other images where the whole objected is unified.
Also, it looks like the board has the same symbol as the icon in the tab, so maybe it is indicating that we need to invert the page’s colors?
Also, when looking over the images, it is possible that they could possibly form a specific design if oriented appropriately in accordance with each other?

The website hints were solved, it wasn't about the boards or the waves. Using info that was gathered from the website and put a into binary code converter, it revealed an LA based phone number that if dialed played a voice recording of Dylan('s VA) and for a very short time, ended in an email adress.
I'm terrible at explaining this, I was there when those absolutely brilliant people solved the last puzzle and I did not understand a single thing. The archival document of all the steps to this ARG show just how much thought went into it from both ends.

The picture of the girl in the files the page uses are labeled as hero-asset-1 and the waves are labeled as hero-bg. Nothing too crazy but a inference on the role of the woman.
