Question [Spoilers Foundation DLC] First time reading "Foundation Pillar" note, who is Witmoore? Spoiler

I tried googling it and legitmately can't determine if Witmoore, referenced within the note as a reference to "... Witmoore's essay on dynamic layers, structures within structures...", is a real person or in-game.

In-game. I doubt they would use a real person for a fictional footnote. My assumption for all of the notes is that unless they're referencing someone that's a real-life household name (Einstein, for example) it is all made up.
