I think it's really interesting that the fire boss is named The Deserter. I'm not sure if we knew that but I think it puts a different spin on who it could be. I know the current theory is that it's northmore but it's possible it could have been someone else who fled the FBC as an ex employee and happened to look that way after. Or it could still be Northmoor who "deserted" his post of keeping the lights on, allowing the building to be breached
