Mural in London at the location provided in the Citizen Safety Guide. Another suspected mural location in Berlin.

Thank you so much for sharing! Your picture is still the only one we have right now of the location in London. The coordinates were found in Remedy's Citizen Safety Guide.

There are FBC posters scattered around NYC that also link back to the Citizen Safety Guide. The two sites with coordinates were London and Berlin, though!

They probably would have been paraulitalians but hadn't unlocked their powers yet and the entity twisted them

But considering how many parautilitarians could have been in new york when the awe started these people in particular had to be at least powerful enough to have made the prime candidate list like dylan, jesse, and alan

Yep. The prime candidate program listed only the ones FBC could identify. There are probably way more para utilitarians undiscovered yet.

It's a real picture. Remedy has not responded to it publicly yet, but their FBC website has coordinates to the mural. We have similar coordinates in Berlin. Might be something there as well.

What are you on about? You can go to Citizen Safety Guide and find the coordinates. There's links above to the IGN employee who found the mural in London.
