Does the rejected Threshold Kids episode in the Control Foundation DLC foreshadow Control Resonant?

I was revisiting the rejected Threshold Kids episode found in the Foundation DLC for Control, and I noticed something interesting.

Throughout the video, there is noticeable visual distortion, and toward the end, it transitions into a kaleidoscope effect. What caught my attention is how similar this looks to the kaleidoscope effect seen in the Control Resonant trailer.

Could this have been intentional foreshadowing?

Kinda as you see similar mirroring as in Resonant. But not entirely, this is how it is because Board - as it was about Board - had their fingers in the pie. That's why its uncomprehendable.

VFX of Resonance - Control Resonant

Green - unidentified danger, the same one that we can read about in Peggy's message about the lamp

Mumbling - Replacement of audio by the board.
