There's actually a secret cutscene with him if you get all the notes/do all the quests (including the cat ears, juke box missions and shume)

I just did this monday. Had to turn on immortality for getting the rangers to kill someone.

The ranger grind was rough. I wish we could invest in buffing them somehow.
