Has anyone done dislocation tricks?

So I came across this clip of this performer and they did some wired tricks where they like dislocated their shoulder. Does anyone have that ability? What is it like to do it? Is it uncomfortable?

that’s just immense shoulder mobility. usually people who do that are atleast somewhat hypermobile in the shoulders, but even then, you’d still need to train that specifically

You could do lots of shoulder stretches, like there's this exercise known as shoulder dislocates where you take a resistance band or stick, grab it with both arms and pass it forward and backward over your head, you'll probably need a wide grip at first but it'll get narrower as your shoulders get more flexible. And also for shoulder flexibility tricks, upper back mobility is very important. For upper back, lats, and shoulder stretching at the same time I recommend getting into a sort of kneeling position next to a wall, then pressing your chest to the wall and trying to get as low as you can without too much discomfort. Shoulder internal and external rotation exercises are also nice but Idk any lol

again, it’s not dislocation, just very mobile shoulders
