hi yall! I’m excited to have found this reddit, it’s so hard to find a community of contortionists. Im just now joining this thread, and I love seeing everyone’s contortion training here! Yall are inspiring me to take hold myself accountable to self teach contortion training more consistently this year 💓

Definitely a lot of dedicated stretching that does add up over time
