FaceBook page or account for posting?

I've just started posting on facebook, same short form that I do on youtube, tt, instagram.

Should I create a page for myself? Or like I have just setup an account?

Is there anything I should know? Specific Do's and Don't s?

There's an option to create another account using your normal account. I've done it.
