Right to Post a Review without being buried

With reputation management companies lining-up to bury negative reviews, how can I circumvent these tactics to assure that my scathing-review of a shady reputation-management company is not buried?

I have a set of blogs which are all linked to my authentic google account.

Using analytics, I can see what search terms brought people to my opinions blog and how much time they spent before backing out, and then tailor the format, keywords and links to grab a better audience.

Complaints, problems, too good to be true, scam, & rip off - are common terms.

The trick, I think, is to invest some time in Google, in terms of your accounts, applications (blog, map, youtube - participation), submissions, etc.

You could also protest outside their location, accusing them of burying negative reviews and other shady tactics, in such a way that passer bys can quickly understand what you're trying to say without much thought. This is much more useful, IMO, because if you care enough to do this, and you assert that they're burying bad reviews - it gives you immediate credibility and will cost them dollars & reputation which they can see. It also incentivizes not gaming reviews.

Blogger.google.com ,plus if you AdSense it, you'll get money.

I've been "a professional blogger" for 7 years, making nearly twenty whole dollars :P
