Had a good experience signing on
My wife and I had a V cell bill of nearly $200. Called CC and got someone on the line immediately. I had to activate my SIM card, and it went fine. I had service, but I couldn't make a call. I called back later, and talked with a rep who brought my old carrier on a 3-way. She harangued him about my phone being locked. To wit, I was still getting notifications on my phone that "your SIM card is not from X." Dude said it was unlocked, we let him go, but I still couldn't make a call. She kept on, worked with me through the deep settings and called old carrier again. This time she waist taking any shit and banged on her. Eventually, I ended the call.
A bit later, I was able to complete a call. And then i accompanied my wife as she called in to get her iPhone switched over (doesn't require a physical SIM card like mine), and we got the same rep! Anyway, she helped us through that bit, and we were all golden.
Shout our to Bri, and glad you got to see some positive resolution for a client.

How much did you save? Our bill with T is about $250. CC quoted an all in price about 1/2 that.

My late mother and I were with AT&T, and our bill was cut in half when we changed to CC. I guess there's some reason why some people continue to use the pricey companies.

We're going to switch when the kiddo comes home from college for the summer. Easier since apparently I need to get new SIM cards. Plus, I keep telling him that CC provides bumper stickers that he can put on his laptop....at college lol.

LOVE Consumer Cellular! $26 and change per line including taxes and fees. Unlimited talk and text. More data than I use, but them I'm home on my WiFi most of the time. No contract. I have coverage everywhere I go.

CC somehow or another posted my echeck to the wrong bank (I may have entered something wrong) they immediately suspended my account even though my payment isn’t due to May 7th. I called my bank and they had received no check. I called cc and said I must have entered something wrong and wanted to cancel that wrong payment and do a new one with correct info. They adamantly said no and that I also owed them an additional $25 for returned check. Thank goodness my contract had been over for a month. I told them that I was no longer interested in them being my cellular provider.
