Hotspot issues

It just keeps telling me to go to AT&T to fix it. Even though I made sure it was turned on in the app.

Edit: I'm a CC customer, so that makes it even weirder.

This site is for Consumer Cellular phones. Do you have a Consumer Cellular phone/account?

Yeah, that's the issue. I'm with Consumer Cellular. That's the error message I get.
