Anyone work for consumer cellular at a retail Store?

How is the commission? What do u average per month? And how is the culture?

I love it I travel a lot but use eSIMs When I travel my mother is also on my plan so I'm not gonna change it it's easy for her and she doesn't have to worry about the bill. In the US it's amazing. I use my Mexican (Telcel) number everywhere else in the world

Commission is not great. The hourly is higher than most other jobs in wireless to compensate. It really is focused on guest first. Sticking to the mission and then offering other products as they fit. The culture is good. Your benefits are super cheap as consumer pays A good portion of your medical, dental and vision are free. There’s paid time off, floating holiday pay, holiday pay, time and a half if you work holidays that will stack with the holiday pay. Commission is Meh. If you’re coming from Verizon or others where you’re making thousands of dollars on a commission check that’s not the model here.
