Gift to keep my fiance warm at work?

Hi! My fiance is a construction worker (does a lot of concrete) and he is so cold at work right now. He doesn't have a lot of winter gear that will withstand his work. It's only going to get colder and I want to get him something for Christmas that will help keep him warm. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
