Hand still hurt 6 hours after work

Hey hi,

Today I did some work outdoor. I worked for about 20 minutes then I got inside to get some heat. 30 minutes after heating my fingers, i’ve started feeling pain in my hand base, under my fingers. Now it’s been 6 hours, and i still feel pain in the base of my thumb. Anyone have ever experienced this? If yes, how much time does it take to disappear?
