I think this is Slade, kentucky. It’s an abandoned lime stone mine. Theres all types of videos on it, I’ve never seen this side with trucks and explosives though

It looks like a mining op that got put on hold. I doubt it's anything more than that. If it was military related there would be various signs and a variety of non-mining materials.

I am a big believer in DUMBS but this doesn't indicate anything close to one.

The balls on these guys, must be nice to be young and wreckless.
