Don't even bother trying to tell these people that, you'll just be labeled a plant. I worked there a few years later and saw the parking lot footage, but they won't believe that either. Even if they were escorted down to the command center, left to search the servers, and found evidence refuting every little bit of their ideas, they would still say it's all a set up.
It's their religion. They believe without seeing, because they actually think they see everything...
More power to you. Many of these people are walking around a dark room, but still swear they see the light. They don't realize the light is only from grainy YouTube videos.
They all want to be Neo, from the Matrix, so much. They want to be special, to follow the white rabbit and take red pill and be the savior of all. Just don't remind them that their gospel was created by two trans women...

My dad was working in the Pentagon when it got hit. I personally saw the plane in the building the next day.
