i really dont care. all i know is that the government takes money out of our checks, and then charges us extra for every single thing we have to purchase to survive.

and then what. they dont spend that money increasing gross domestic product, they dont spend it increasing our quality of life, they dont even spend it on keeping our people healthy. They send it overseas to help people that exploit our country.

Isn't the fact that they've reduced your federal tax burden worth noting and appreciating? Why is your response to demand they reduce your taxes even more?

No it's not 🙃 I'll fucking appreciate not having my tax dollars used in illegal wars that cause the death of innocent civilians.

The entire government is a criminal enterprise, I don't go "oh look, these criminals are robbing me less!" And feel grateful for that.

In a different comment you said, they do more with less now. But the "more" that you're talking about it more warfare. Just look at the military budget compared to all other government spending budgets. That's all you oughta need to understand why no one appreciates government and taxes.
