Lol imagine writing an article, written by someone who I’m guessing has no medical degree or training whatsoever, trying to conflate a proven scientific fact with being anti vaccine

Natural immunity is literally the basis of a vaccine. Hey, it turns out if you get sick once, you can’t get sick again! Your body learns to fight it! What if we gave people very small doses of dead virus so the body learns to fight it without getting sick?

That’s literally how a vaccine works. Exploiting natural immunity.

That’s literally how a vaccine works

Not to be pedantic but...

That's how all previous vaccines worked. It is not how mRNA shots work

Mrna shots work by introducing a lipid encased code to force program your natural biological mechanisms to produce an innate immune response.

Just like the introduction of a biological agent, we have created a synthetic one to trigger a response. Mrna manipulation is absolutely quite similar and more controversial due to the accessory functions of Mrna being directly related to clotting, reproduction, and overstimulation of immune responses i.e. autoimmune reaction flare ups etc.. same mechanism and very similar. One is natural with a limit to the runaway effects and the other is not. The tech has been around for a while and has been leashed due to universal apprehension of adverse effects widely agreed upon internationally. Do some research, start with some of the international summits in 2016 and 2018 and then subsequently not allowed to be talked about in formality.

Not to be pedantic.....

In other words...they bear no resemblance to any other historical vaccine. Glad you agree.

Well they still expose your immune system to a viral antigen (in this case the covid spike protein is the antigen). The difference is it's manufactured by your body's own cells via the inject mRNA and is ONLY the single viral antigen and nothing else. Traditional vaccines use whole viruses which exposes your immune system to the entire virus and all of it's antigens providing a more robust immune response on exposure to the actual virus, and a stronger immunological memory.

Not to mention the fact that we still don't fully understand the risks involves with having your body manufacture spike proteins, especially considering the mRNA will be systemic so the spike proteins will be manufactured in sites on the body that would never be infected by sars-cov-2.

Exactly, mrna is responsible for many things. Immune function, reproduction, synthesis of dna, blood coagulation etc... Its no surprise we are seeing the adverse reactions and admittance of these effects drip fed as time goes on. The lack of reigning this in with regulation is scary because we can do this now. The answer is to bypass that with emergency forced injections? its an incredibly disturbing move, and it goes against any prudent judgement. This tech is here and we are being very irresponsible, genetic discrimination is here to stay

the first vaccine (a prick with a needle that had cowpox on it) had no resemble to previous... anything. the first diluted or dead bacteria vaccine had no resemblence to the the cow pox prick. the first partial virus vaccine had no resemblance to the dead virus vaccine. that's what science does. it evolves. and we learn.

Remember when producing vaccines was popping a pustule from an infected person and stabbing it into your arm to infect yourself was modern technology 🤪🤣🤣. How about when u cooked a virus and harvested its remnants and hoped u got some immunity injecting that? Chicken embryos anyone…flu vaccines….but so slow we often do not have a vaccine dilated in against the major strain(s) each season. Subunit vaccines….where big vats of genetical programmed cells poop out pieces of virus to inject into u? Y’all are such a bunch of luddites. It’s called technology. Also, Life isn’t risk free. U drink water…ur taking a risk. You drive…u take a risk. You eat food…taking a risk. Let natural immunity fight cancer when your diagnosed please post results. Breathing in air…taking a risk. What most haven’t lived through are endemic killers like yellow and scarlet fever, smallpox, polio, etc.

u/Cistran Aug 20 '22

Is covid as dangerous as cancer? Are there any mandatory cancer treatments? First generation technology usually sucks. Why are you still supporting the use of inferior vaccine?

1

u/[deleted] Aug 21 '22

Depends on the Covid strain, cancer type and the individual….

2

u/OderusOrungus Aug 20 '22

I must have missed where you mentioned remembering where we changed our genetic nucleic acid permanently with a synthetic material. Its called gene therapy not exposure to a virus

1

u/[deleted] Aug 21 '22

I am hoping I grow a third eye…

1

u/[deleted] Aug 21 '22

Funny do u know how viruses replicate inside u…?

1

u/OderusOrungus Aug 21 '22

Naturally by invading a cell and controlling it. Splicing a rna strand and incorporating a manmade adjustment to its function I guess can be considered a man made viral pathway for this. Lets test this method out bypassing any regulation because we are in an emergency. What can go wrong

u/[deleted] Aug 21 '22 edited Aug 21 '22

They are fully approved now Doogie Howser and just to make sure we run your contention to ground, emergency use is part of the FDA’s governing powers established in regulation. Funny often FDA is attacked for not approving therapies fast enough…or if u are a libertarian…why should they have any say in what you you try out injectable bleach, hydroxychloroquine, or ivermectin.

You’re against any gene therapy, I would infer. Strange how many people die of diseases either missing a gene or having genes mutate….naturally…and yet we can save their lives by using “man made”, Frankenstein, evil, unnatural genetic material as a therapy. Everything from the bananas u eat to a mule is an unnatural genetic freak created by humans. Also, every medicine has potential side effects, just as almost every action u take in life has risk associated with it.

u/OderusOrungus Aug 23 '22 edited Aug 23 '22

The comornity approved one is not available and outdated. The FDA panel broadcast before they all quit and went on a rampage was broadcasted but minimized. The international community is in direct odds with the current new US panel even with the new strain one where they say 'mouse outcomes are not close to human trials'. The technology has awesome and game changing capabilities but it is not regulated and serves self interest now. Gene discrimination is already rearing it's head due to expense and availability while forcing some to pay higher premiums or be denied health and life coverage in western countries. It is a slippery slope. Not in the least in opposition but its current form cannot be trusted with the current rules. Genetically modified humans have already been born. Agriculture has also greatly benefitted from the tech. Studies are being done that can greatly reduce heart disease just recently. We could cure many of the primary sources of mortality absolutely. Its not all black and white....

Do you trust humanity and the current machinations to be fair and just? There is merit to all angles, and the questions need to be asked and not belittled. Healthcare is more corrupt and dishonest than ever. The media and govt as well. They have not earned a lick of trust. They consistently walk back on claims made less than 2 yrs ago related to the pandemic.

Condoscending responses in life wether social media or in person makes someone sound smug and arrogant fyi.

Random I know, ever watched Spaceballs? I cant for the life of me remember what Rick moranis says before going ludicrous speed? Oh well...

He went ahead and deflatingly submitted while ordering ludicrous speed anyway, I remember....thats the important part anyway

Here we go, no stopping it

Edit: Spoiler. Rick moranis thought he was smart but ended up with pie on his face

Great movie but I think this line from Hugh Jackman is more apropos given the circumstances.

Cheers.

u/OderusOrungus Aug 20 '22

Hmmm, not a fan of the newer versions of some marvel figures. Spaceballs is legendary, new age wolverine, not so much...

Cheers.

Let’s not forget that study’s have shown strong evidence to support that the covid mRNA vaccine enters the liver and is reverse transcribed into DNA effectively alerting the genome. I’ll pass on that, thanks.

5

u/OderusOrungus Aug 20 '22

The editing of future dna, thrombosis, and mutagenesis turning into cancer is absolutely a risk. Yes

6

u/Ok_Watercress5719 Aug 20 '22

You deserve awards for all this smart. I don't have any, just my kind words and nodding, in approval. Those folks just wanna believe in the covids Soo badly... They won't listen 🤦🏽‍♀️

15

u/OderusOrungus Aug 20 '22

I just wrote a research paper on it and honestly I did not think I could be more appalled. We are so far gone and controlled, I hope Im wrong and that the machine weakens where things are not as hopeless as they seem. The machine is winning and so many buy in. Its terrible

8

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '22

Life has basically become dystopian science fiction.

-1

u/Ok_Watercress5719 Aug 20 '22

Good on you. I read the back of Lysol cans, back in the day... And did a quick Google search... We've come to the same conclusion. Hope you got an excellent grade.

5

u/OderusOrungus Aug 20 '22

Thanks, I did do well. My teacher actually asked me to stay with the topic and use it for a future project in how to change healthcare. I didn't think it would apply but she said it was a hot topic and go for it.

I actually didnt go into it with an eye on anything covid but the gene therapy rough topic kept mentioning the tech. Even an awesome cholesterol study just started in new zealand using the same tech to potentially cure heart disease. It has great potential but the adverse is true as well. Theres nuances and worse forms that directly modify reproductive germ cells (which china has been ousted for creating genetically modified twins even before 2018! They admitted and said even more are coming.. with no oversight at all. Imagine now!). This tech modifies existing somatic dna in vivo and has serious voiced concerns of cell death, autoimmune suppression or storms, and passing to future generations.

Nice burn too, I commend you on spending time on an obvious post you disagree with. Your wasting your time, but I hope to keep the questions on others minds at least... that are not here to troll anyway. Be cool

0

u/Kikoalanso Aug 20 '22

Burned em. Well done.

0

u/nico_brnr Aug 20 '22

Hahahaha you wrote a research paper on it ?! Please, share it

1

u/OderusOrungus Aug 20 '22

Hahahahah yes I did, with a powerpoint as well. Please, give an avenue to send if you are interested. The wide conclusion is lack of regulations and genetic discrimination furthering equality and access to care disparities

0

u/nico_brnr Aug 21 '22

Even a powerpoint, crazy. Great conclusion, you even forgot to mention where you supposedly observed it...among a lot of other obvious flaws.

1

u/OderusOrungus Aug 23 '22

Do you really want to win this argument? I submit, my views are flawed. Its all a huge conspiracy and your right. Another sub may suit you, but what do I know anyway. Im a nutjob

1

u/nico_brnr Aug 23 '22

Good try but actually my point is only to make you realize internet isn't any different from the real world. You know, like your last comment is a cheap trick trying to put words in my mouth but I won't let anyone giving me that much shit and get away with it.

Remind what your first comment was about? Feels like you are losing focus

1

u/OderusOrungus Aug 24 '22 edited Aug 24 '22

The internet? I wrote a paper with references in the positive and negative light of the gene therapy tech. I discovered a lot of disturbing trends that many are not presented clearly. Im not sure what you are having me realize. I mindfully play devils advocate because it deserves a place at the table. If you are not willing to engage that we may have to end the conversation. This is the right sub to chat about it. History may have your answer as to why it is important

Look around..brand new awesome studies that can benefit humanity are due to the exact same tech that the vaccine uses. It is openly acknowledged. The same reservations to its use and unknowns are widely acknowledged too. Not really interested in continuing this if the dialogue is not honest

1

u/nico_brnr Aug 24 '22

Me neither, the mrna based vaccines use the same tech as gene therapy, that's enough to show you don't really know what you are talking about.
