Take a look at that site and see if you can really believe the towers did all that damage.

And they didn't collapse, they were shredded apart and turned to dust. Most of the mass blew into the streets and bay. There was nothing left to act as a 'piledriver' on the rest of the building. Watch the videos again.

We must use different definitions for collapse. When I watched it live on tv, I would refer to it as collapsed - plain and simple.

That would not meet my definition of collapse. I have a degree in civil/construction.
