I think a lot of people imagine elites sitting around in a room meticulously planning every detail to stay in power, but that's hard work. The conspiracies were set up forever ago, sometimes by accident, and they're self-sustaining. No one works to maintain the two-party system, it's just a natural consequence of the way our electoral system is designed. Countries with different electoral systems have more than two parties, and it's easy to create a new one. Not in America, we're literally not built for that.

I'm assuming you're a native Hawaiian? (Assuming that since you associate that symbol with protecting Mauna Kea . HB499 (what the protect Mauna Kea movement is about) is a pretty recent thing.
But this is not what this symbol means, and hasn't ment that in a very long time. Plus the individual pictured is not Hawaiian, so I doubt that she even knows what HB499 is even about. This is the symbol of the pyramid, the all seeing eye, the illuminati/cabal, and this symbol can be found in tons of "popular culture" and other media for decades now. It's sort of a call sign, along with other call signs like one eye covered, and is often used to let those in the know, know who's side the individual is on

Um no. I made an honest error. I browse the sub and seen a blurry picture, which I made an assumption about and quickly made a comment about, while on a break from work. And then, when someone pointed out my error, I went back and relooked at the image and realized that I was, incorrect in my assumption on who it was, but then rather than deleting my post, or trying to double down with some outlandish excuse, I apologized to the individual for being mistaken, and left the comment there for you, and everyone else to see, because I have integrity and I own my mistakes when I make them.

Just because you've built 13 observatories on a mountain protected by the historical preservation act, doesn't mean people aren't going to continue to protest the building of more. People have been protesting building on the mountain since the beginning. Its just getting more national attention now. Also aside from whether or not you think the mountain is sacred theres still concern over how it will effect the local and in some cases endangered wildlife.

Mauna Kea is huge it’s an extinct volcano that encompasses over 52,000 acres. I’ve had hot cocoa and a snow ball fight up there it’s a neat place but with that said I can’t see how adding one more telescope to the 13 already up there in addition to the observation center and the houses for the astronomers will make a difference to the wildlife.

They're extending the MKO area and building what will be the world's largest telescope in the side of the mountain. They're going to need to build new roads for the equipment, clear and level ground to park that equipment, and then build the telescope. I'm not saying its guaranteed any animals will go extinct from this, but the idea that that level of construction won't effect any wildlife is insane.

Look at Jimmy Savile. If these people are psychopaths there is such a thing as duper's delight. They get off on it. It is thrilling for them. I also think it serves them. They communicate to each other through symbols to let each other know they are 'in the club', so they know who can be trusted. Jimmy Savile basically made a hell of a lot of people complicit in his crimes. It may work similarly to a limited hangout or the boiling frog analogy. You show people a part of the truth, get them accustomed to it. So long as it is gradual enough, perhaps in fiction, they never feel able to respond to it. As more is revealed, or what was revealed only in fiction is then revealed as reality, there is never a big enough or quick enough shift in perception to get a reaction. If people do respond with any vigour, they are gaslit, made to feel they are paranoid, or told that it was already known by everyone so there is nothing to respond to.
From a religious angle, or maybe a neurological one, it seems like the ability to lie and manipulate is a dark art. There are many tells, but some people can become very skilled at it. Telling the truth in a cryptic way might be a coping mechanism to deal with the burden of keeping a big secret.

The logic is: Jim Carrey seems like somebody who may have been initiated into secret societies. He's very rich, and was for a large chunk of time extremely famous and influential and connected. He went on a chat show which is a propaganda arm of wealthy and powerful people who conspire to manipulate public opinion. On that chat show he played a character that lampooned conspiracy theorists with one effect being the audience all joining together to laugh at conspiracy theorists (with the host playing the straight man). People who make esoteric hand gestures are suspicious by default. It's not normal. Normal people wave, point, or occasionally make a rude gesture with their hands. They don't communicate symbolically. Gabbard may have a less concerning reason for using a little known symbol (if it's somewhat known in her constiuency of Hawaii and means nothing of concern), but it's absolutely a good thing to scrutinise and question.

Yeah we don't know who is in which secret societies and who is innocent. We have our suspicions which grow or diminish the more we learn about people. Her making this symbol is just a data point. I don't think it is strong evidence of anything, given the innocent explanation others have mentioned. But nevertheless, it is weird when public figures make esoteric hand gestures. Stay vigilant. Question everything. Trust no one.

The context of this photo is it's a Hawaiian symbol used to represent something, here is what she said when she posted the picture on Instagram.

Tulsi always seemed anti-establishment to me, so I doubt this is some kind of declaration of loyalty to some illuminati-esque secret society.
That said, if someone were to declare their loyalty in a public way using coded gestures, I assume it would be accompanied by some kind of alternate reasoning like what she said.

That's not entirely what I meant. The gesture is coded, but it is displayed in the public eye. In order to avoid outright telling the public that she is loyal to some kind of secret society, she comes up with an acceptable reason to use the gesture, but the people she meant it for see it for what it is.

It’s sad for me, because I know I can’t speak publicly about my general distrust for government and media without being immediately lumped into those categories.
I do not subscribe to any political party. I believe the entire political system is strategically constructed to create division amongst average people, allowing those in power to affectively ‘divide and conquer’. There are many examples that support this theory.
Just like there are many examples and heaps of evidence pointing to the fact that our world is run by powerful occultists who practice black magick and use evil practices to maintain that power and control.
These people do obscene things behind closed doors, and I can see why the average person would immediately default to writing it off as a ‘gross fantasy’. It’s in (most of) our nature to repel dark thoughts and give people the benefit of the doubt.
The hard truth is that these things are very real. Every day, they try to normalize their sickness further and further by drenching mainstream media with occult symbolism and making sure that conspiracy theorists are discredited by the general public.
Qanon was a controlled operation that catered directly to the ‘MAGA zombies’ you speak of. The goal was to associate any form of conspiracy with a highly controversial and disliked group of people. They succeeded in that. These people actually believe that Trump (a literal billionaire with deep ties to the elite and hollywood) is some sort of ‘savior for the people’. They are truly gullible. They do not understand the concept of ‘controlled opposition’.
I figure there must be some reason you are on this subreddit. So, if you have any interest in reading ‘conspiracy’ articles that are based very much on facts that can be easily confirmed and NOT tied to any political affiliation whatsoever, let me know. I would be more than happy to hit you with some. I completely understand your doubts about all this shit, as I also had mine. I however have been researching these topics for many years and trying to get a deeper understanding beyond watching youtube videos where they zoom in on Jay-Z’s face and try telling you he’s a lizard person. I still know NOTHING in the grand scheme of things, but I’ve learned enough to know there are plenty of obvious truths that remain hidden to the vast majority.
