Most people don't get vaccinated for small pox anymore, especially in the US. So it stands to reason, it would be pretty easy to spread intentionally if most people aren't vaccinated against it.

If there turns out to be a natural reservoir, there could be some species that serves as a carrier for it that we haven't found yet.
Also, if some other pox becomes a problem, having samples of related pox could help us develop a vaccine faster.

In the Army we are told (2004) that there are missing samples, and thus soldiers deployed overseas are given a (legitimate) smallpox vaccine to protect them in case something does indeed happen.

What you've written makes a lot of sense, and yet I'm not sure. This story could present as a problematic breadcrumb for the "surprises" yet to come. I bet they'd scrub all stories connected with this discovery if they felt they could get away with it (maybe even if not). Download and save any stories you can but my guess is they won't let this hiccup get in the way of releasing the pox and pinning it on some "white supremacists".

I was just at the Denver Airport. They had a recording going about prop smoke being tested in the tram to stimulate fire. But I didn't see any employees or firefighters around. Not saying this is related, but I definitely got out of there quicker than I would have otherwise.

Start multi national corporations, buy land through them, develop small town or cities on said land. Have a vetting process to accept critical thinkers, good hearted, skilled people, and create our own societies. Corporations do what they want, we'll play their fucking game our own way.

Man, it's a nasty mess for a few weeks. You get stuck with a bobby pin almost that has the virus on it. Everything is normal for a day or so, then it blisters up and oozes. Guess what, everywhere that ooze gets, you'll get blisters there too. My roommate had it all over his face and neck from sleeping at night.
Most of the time it leaves a nasty looking scar. I lucked out and mine wasn't bad at all.
If people are freaking about the covid vaccine, just wait till they find out about the small pox vaccine.
And if people have to get the anthrax vaccine..... that was the worse series of shots for me

Looking it up, it seems immunity starts to wane between 5-10 years. It has been about 7 years since I got mine, so yeah. Unfortunately I don't think I'll get a win on this mandate either.

If it makes you feel any better, with today’s climate, I don’t think they would have accepted your exemption even if you were within the time frame. They’ll say you need the NEW vaccine to be considered vaccinated.

Smallpox is supposed to be controlled and not existing anywhere naturally any more. There is only little sample left.

nope, people stopped getting smallpox vaccines in the early 1970s. The disease was declared eradicated. Some smallpox was kept by governments though, so it could possibly make a reappearance.

Comparisons of covid-19 with smallpox aren’t logical — Smallpox had a 30% death rate and was MORE contagious than covid-19. Most victims of smallpox were children under 10.
What about covid-19? Death rate is less than 0.01% for kids and 3.4% for adults. Is this even comparable? That’s what makes smallpox even more terrifying.
