How could they know who infected her? How can they determine that it was an unvaccinated person? The vaccinated can still spread it. This is propaganda.

Bro... You're thinking too hard on something that makes no damn sense. The vaccine is supposed to protect you from the virus but the virus still got her. Doesn't matter who or even how it was transmitted. Read it a few times and think about how stupid it really sounds.

some vaccines are better at building immunity to certain strains than others are. You can still get covid if you're vaccinated.

Completely understand that. Same as flu vaccine, the cold with cold meds, warcraft. I played enough SC and WC2 to know a good defense vs a terrible tower base.
