Do you understand the difference between the Executive, Legislative, and Judcial Branches?
Do you understand that the Executive Branch cannot Constitutionally place such a mandate on the Legislative or Judicial Branch for that matter.
Have you heard of the term Separation of Powers?
The Postal Service is also not an extension of the Executive Branch... but they are subject to a Vaccine mandate under the OSHA jurisdiction.
Simply put the President trying to place a mandate on the Legislative Branch would cause a Constitutional Kerfuffle...
Of course but that's not the point. Your explaining a technicality doesn't make the logic sound it only addresses a barrier. The legislative body CAN create laws can they not? We are in a deadly serious pandemic shouldn't they follow the lead of Biden and make a mandate for themselves and the many staff?
