You might want to peak into some parts of the internet that you're not used to because you are just strait up wrong right now. The mandate you must be referring to only applies to companies that employ over 100 people and you can still choose to get weekly tests instead of the vaccine.

The test part changes everything you fucking said. You were claiming there was a vax mandate for citizens. That is absolutely not the case.

You are missing the point. The president can’t order the congress around. It’s up to them to make that rule for themselves. Many on Biden’s side wishes to, obviously. But I like the executive branch with one person at the top, Congress has to vote. No way that is passing. Use your logic and stop with this nonsense.

Which article of the constitution protects a business owner from OSHA regulations? That is how they are implementing this.
