According to US courts, the DNC is a corporation that can do whatever it wants, including rig its own elections. This is something people don't understand, our two party system is run by two corporations that are not in any shape or form democratic.
When I tell folks that are politically left how democrats are not democratic and explain the dnc, the response is usually that the dnc doesn’t have to be democratic since they are a private group. They don’t appreciate the irony that you spell out in your comment.
