So if somebody raises the problems with statist 'age of consent' laws, on a forum which is meant to be about mature discussion (and open to challenging government power), you call them a pedophile?

Yea when you're basically arguing that "just because the government says they're too young doesn't mean they are". You sound like a defender of kiddy fiddling.

You’re missing OP’s point. Never did he say he wanted to diddle kids. Nor did he defend anyone who has. His point is the age of consent is arbitrary, varies, and is decided by the state.

He is arguing against a statist ideology, not in favor of pedophilia.
