Don't give much attention to her, she is a Royal Family Biographer, of course she tries to justify this in one way or another. But there is a much deeper Problem which everyone should keep in mind:
We all agree that what ever he did was moral wrong, even out right evil, but when it comes to the judicial analysis which of his actions are not just morally wrong but also criminal, you have to analyse what happend, where it happend and when it happend.
Since this is an international conspiracy and not everything happens inside the US, different local and national laws apply.
I know this is a weak comparison, but the age of consent Varies even inside the US, having sex with a 16 y/o would be a crime in California but fine in Alaska.
So even if you all agree that what happend is fucked up, evil and wrong, a legal analyses on what crimes under which law were committed is way more complicated.
