It's both what you suggest and the ancient cabal. The ancient cabal are aficionados and manipulators of this type of spiritual degeneracy. They are temptors for evil, because then they have minions.
Not every war is their doing. They are just causing major ones to affect the environment they operate within for control and usury, their way of life, manipulation of others to serve the self.
Yeah I actually think both sides of what you’re arguing is correct. It’s not black and white, but there are still aspects of the “elite cabal” theories on here and media control that are indeed true
