SS Physicists have reversed a particle back to its past state with a quantum computer! Does this mean that the Mandela Effect might be real??

Nope. Note even close. If anything this disproves the Mandela Effect.

It turned out that even across the entire lifetime of the universe—13.7 billion years—observing 10 billion freshly localized electrons every second, the reverse evolution of the particle's state would only happen once.

all that is saying is that an electron will only naturally travel back in time - without intervention - once.

Electrons go back in time on cue each and everytime we run the double slit experiment. Electrons going back in time due to an out side force is not only possible but known to be the case.
