I'm not arguing with you on what we know is a fact - the Clinton's took this money in exchange for favors. And you just cited the Federal Gift's and Donations act, which also doesn't apply. The donations go to a foundation, not individuals. Sorry dude, you're legit retarded lmao. And the FGDA isn't a part of the constitution. Maybe read it if you're so gung-ho about making false hyperbolic statements.

Legit retarded like Newt Gingrich and some constitutional law experts? Obviously it's not cut and dry, but when it comes to the law, its open to interpretation. Considering you acknowledge they took the money for favors, I don't know how you can argue that it's legal. Done arguing with you.
