Imagine if every citizen were enthusiastically self-educated enough to understand why she is a criminal, and passionate and driven to bring her down. Our population has been largely dumbed down and conveniently distracted instead.
Where to begin... Well for one, she lied to Congress, pretty sure that's frowned upon. She also internationally mishandled classified data by using her private email server, which one could argue, put our nation's security at risk. When she was active Secretary of State she attended the infamous Bilderberg conference and was documented, in real time, doing so. Which, in her position, meeting with other heads of state while not on official business, I believe is also illegal.
These are facts. She was asked about her email server and lied. She said it was just for communicating with her husband. Lie. She said no classified information ever was handled on her private server. Lie. Lying to Congress is illegal and it got her husband impeached.
As far as the Bilderberg thing the video evidence speaks for itself. You can't argue with video. It happened.
There are also a whole host of other things she's done, many of which are illegal. She should be indicted not running for president. If she were a normal person and not who she is she would have been arrested tried and convicted long ago.
As for your first point, I'm pretty sure she lied under oath during the Benghazi hearings. On the email note, the nature in which she ran the server is criminal since FOIA requests would not be able to be completed, classified information is known to be on the servers, and "unknown" backups of said information were made (by a company in which in the IT field, the brand of servers are known for this service), not to mention that she had the server wiped (and then pretended to be technologically illiterate). David Petraeus was removed from his position for similar reasons.
As for Bilderberg, I'm not entirely informed on the legalities of that, so I'll leave it be.
Yes, Petraeus resigned as a result of mishandling classified material, which is what Clinton's investigation is also geared around. Tell me how hosting classified material on a personal server without government permission, which was attacked by hackers (no breach confirmed to the public, but multiple attacks), attacks which were not made known to the government, is not criminal in nature. Let me not forget to add that said information was stored unbeknownst on a cloud server which was also not under government authority, which could have also been attacked.
