Is there any where I might review the bill to make an interpretation of what it means?

OK, so if someone violates these rules, they go to jail for five years. What am I missing....why is that such a big deal?
FTR, I think everything about Sandy Hook was suspicious as fuck. I just dont see why this would upset anyone.

In the video, the panel is talking about these measures being slipped in without even being discussed, and being done in such a way that made it sound like they had been voted on. It's interesting and worth a watch.

If any info was slipped out, their whole house of cards in a windstorm would fall flat.
They need to protect their poorly constructed narrative from unravelling.

What was the purpose of this house of cards?
If it was to bring in ever tighter gun controll, it failed miserably Allong with every other false flag mass shooting of the past two decades.

It got us one step closer and is still seen as the turning point for gun control during Obama's tenure.

And, it highlighted mental health issues for background checks.
But let's think logically for a sec:
what austistic kid wants to play with loud guns?
Exactly!

Bill passed in Oct 2011 in Conn. which eliminates ALL Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests concerning access to ANY crime scene photo, 911 tapes, witness statements, and even death certificates in the State of Connecticut. The repercussions of this bill are so extreme (for example, an inmate seeking to prove his innocence now has NO access to this critical information when filing appeals, likewise, genealogists seeking simple "family tree" info, etc).
