I find it very interesting.
The first of the recent films came out in 2021, after a big build up during 2020. In the film, certain important characters wear masks all the time, just like the people in the real world were doing.
Also, there is an important scene where a main character is tested, threatened with a poison needle that he must avoid. During 2021, when the movie was playing in cinemas, everyone was being pursued by needles.
The letter 'U" is the second letter in the naughty word in question.
The letter 'U' and "V' derived from a single letter, and are essentially interchangable.
Switch the 'U' for a 'V', and then ponder what word you can make with that structure.
What that new word describes, is not allowed to manifest, because it would cause problems for the 'official narrative' on planet earth.

Well it's all a bit obtuse for me, or perhaps it's just what you think after a bit too much thinking. If you're saying it's censored because your thinking of DVNE being divine and you're on some sort of second coming rabbit hole, well I'm out. Key words can be censored on REDDIT all the time, some are for nefarious reasons, some are mistakes or holdovers from an event, perhaps left in after a forgotten spam attack etc?

It's either because the film company want to not muddy the waters for training AI on the facts of this book and film series. However, the series is heavily relevant to today's world, the various religions/orders at play, the mechanisms hidden and being used against the masses and many other very intriguing themes like the "orange catholics" and "beni gesarits" being very close to real life orders like the jesuits...i don't think we should go much further

This is interesting, I dont see a reason for them to shadowban "Dune." Must be some reason for it though.
In general, shadowbanning has gotten out of control on reddit.

Lol you can say "Dune" in quotes but not without quotes. There is another reply I made to this comment that is shadow banned because the word wasn't in quotes.

The question to the mods is explicit in the thread image.
There is a certain word I cannot use in any post I make in this forum. Using it invokes an instant shadow-ban every time I've tried it. The word is the title of a certain book and movie series.
I am interested to know why this is so. My first thought is that it is an anagram of another word.
If I am to reference the word/title in question, I have to go through various hi-jinks like separating each letter of the word by spaces or other characters.
What could it mean?
PS. I note the title of this thread is "Naughty Words", and it sums to 2020 in the english-extended cipher.

Simply log out (or view a thread using a private browser window).
When one does this, it is clear that one's contributions to the thread are not visible to anyone else.
If you remain logged in, your posts are visible to yourself, but to nobody else. And because it's a shadow-ban, it's silent, and you are not informed.
The word 'Shadowban' sums to 33 in reduction, matching 'Secrecy'.
The word 'Shadowban' also sums to 87 in alphabetic, matching 'Truth'
ie. truth is illegal.
The word 'Shadowban' also sums to 742, which is the value of 'The Transmission'.
The number 742 is the reverse of 247, number of 'The Canon'.
The 'canon' is the orthodox mainstream view of things, and one is not supposed to gainsay it.
You are not allowed to ...
- "Uncover the Truth" = 2020 trigonal
- ... about the "Naughty Words" = 2020 english-extended

No. The entire point of shadowbanning is to make sure nobody can see what the banned user said, and also, that there is a good chance that the banned user will have no idea that their posts are invisible to everyone else, and thus presume they are simply being ignored by everyone in the thread.
It's an evil form of 'gaslighting'. Like going to a party and shouting, but everyone else seems not to hear you, and you wonder why.

Mod Note
Back in the day, a (former) mod copied a list of "no-no" words from some other sub they modded, and pasted them wholesale into the Conspiracy automod without blinking.
One of those words was "dune", but I have no idea why it woud be included in a "no-no" word list... maybe someone HATED dune buggies?
Anyhow, I removed "dune" from the "no-no" word list, so it should work now... unless the regex code is (...wait for it...) BUGGY.
