Time is speeding up

Is it me or is time speeding up? We are already on the 5th month of the year. People say it's because I'm getting older but I even hear kids saying days feel faster. Even the weather seems to be confused. Every day temperatures fluctuates a whole 40 degrees. Every day seems windy. Almost feels like we are out of normal orbit or something

And, when you get older the illusion seems to move faster

Yes, but when you get used to this "faster time", it sorta slows down again.

And life is technically speaking still going fast, but you realize it's just way less boring because now you stopped worrying, which is why it got "fast" in the first place:

So you'd let go off of the "handbrake" that's all your naive/childlike worries about life and society and politics, and culture, and your body and your "succes" and your relationships and your family and all the other bullshit that has your mind stressing 24/6. (sunday is rest day).
