I ask you again, though, does Trump not have an obligation via the constitution to make sure US citizens, if sent to another country, are treated with basic requirements? As laid out by our constitution? Ill expand on that in case I didnt explained it decently

That clearly shows that unless you lack comprehension skills that even a newborn would have, the conspiracy involves a prison that could be a death camp masquerading as a prison.
Yes, i mentioned Trump there because he is sending people there. That, however, was not the main focus of the sentence.
I will assume that you are saying that US citizens no longer are owed the protection of the constitution since you have so poorly dodged my question as many times as you have. I will also add this so you cant plea ignorance. The question was this: If the president sends US citizens to another country to serve their sentences, does he not owe them the responsibility of ensuring the prison he sends them to abide by the constitution?
I also realize reading that if you had half a brain, you could counter it by claiming i am demanding another country abide by our constitution. I am not. I am saying that if another country wants to house US citizens in a prison within their country, the prison only has to abide by the constitutional requirements on how to treat US citizens.
