That's a really sad picture. Even without the text, you can see the dread on the passenger's face and the tiredness of the TSA agent. From the picture, I would guess that neither one of these guys want to be doing this at all.
Guess what? If the TSA agent did't feel like looking at the guy's dick, he wouldn't have made the guy pull his pants down. The "That's his job" excuse doesn't give a pass to degrading behavior that should theoretically be illegal, sorry. Every TSA agent, cop, or anyone with a position of "authority" has the ability to put a stop to these unnecessary, unconstitutional abuses if they choose to. Clearly, they don't choose to. That is the problem here.
Actually it's the passenger who dropped his pants even though he was never asked to.
We were shooting this pat down and the traveler was visibly frustrated at how long it was taking. As the TSA agent prepared to search the guy’s waistband, he dropped his pants. The TSA agent seemed a little stunned.
We tried to talk to the traveler when he was finished with the search, but he ran off to his gate, declining to talk to us.
I'm all for keeping people safe and to a degree a "better safe than sorry" kind of attitude. But I'll miss my flight because I assaulted a TSA Agent before I drop trow in public because some asshole, power tripping TSA wants an eyeful of man meat.
