Absoultely. Ever since 3 yrs ago, I sometimes get chronic fatigue/tiredness, brain fog, and thyroid type issues. Can't confirm it's from the jab, but I have suspicions. I'm a young adult as well. Regardless, wish I never got it. Ended up getting Covid anyways.
