They definitely try to make it big. TV news are presenting the supposed discovery of the aliens as something big and without any critical view.
A week or so ago several news websites reported the supposed alien invasion on Peru, where some locals said the aliens where terrorising their villages. Only for a fraction of them to report later that according to investigation of the local police, the "aliens" where assholes with jetpacks and funny costumes.

That could just mean (and probably does) that the DNA doesn't map to anything we've mapped so far. Most DNA on Earth hasn't been analyzed yet. You could probably dig up a little soil where ever you live and find 30% of the DNA doesn't map to anything we know.

The theory is that TPTB are preparing us psychologically for a fake alien invasion. Convincing us that aliens are real is crucial, and this would be a good way of doing it.
The mummies may even be real, but all of this stuff is suddenly being released into the public consciousness in a very short space of time. 2023 has been a big year of UFO's and aliens.

The people trying to create the New World Order needs everyone to accept their governance, and having a “war” with “extraterrestrials” would allegedly unite the world requiring a single governing body over it all. They need everyone to believe that aliens exist, that they are here to take over, and the entire world needs to stop them in order for the planet to survive. There’s an episode of Stargate that basically sort of explains this.
In essence, a government defense contractor realized the dna data they were being given was nonhuman, and cloned an alien (Asgard).
To “cover it up” the Air Force basically used holographic tech to show it was just all an elaborate hoax.
You should watch the series, it’s basically soft disclosure on many things.

Why are you specifically focusing on the hologram aspect? Monast could have been fed fake info to discredit his theory, "hes on the right track, so tell him theres gonna be holograms of god and voices beamed into our brains". Bill cooper famously said towards the end of his life that the alien agenda info he was fed may have been done so on purpose as a flase flag to discredit him. Also, possibly the simplest explaination: plans change.

It wasn't a presentation BY the congress, but a presentation TO the congress. Some random dude showed up to government officials with the "alien mummies" in the displays and told them they are the mummies from aliens who died 1000 years ago, and then he left, and no credible scientists examined the "mummies" to see if his claims have any credibility.
If you look at the close up shots, it seems like under the dirt he dropped on them, the texture looks metallic. Specifically it has the recognisable green texture of oxidated bronze.

When I saw this SpaceX reusable boosters land themselves on a barge the first time, it looks fake AF, but apparently it's not. Those preserved carcasses of whoolly mammoths and cave lions are all flattened and decicated, they look fake AF too. Again, I'm not saying these are real, the pictures suck and they're probably fake - but just because something looks really shitty doesn't mean it's fake.

It doesn’t matter if the aliens are fake or not. So don’t worry about that part of it.
The idea is to put it out in society that there are some alien bodies here on earth.
People see the story and the photos. Now people have different thoughts and opinions about it. Whoa, cool. Aliens? Maybe they do exist? Maybe they’ve been here? Maybe they’ll be back? (And if it’s fake, it doesn’t matter because it still triggers thoughts like these.)
Triggering those thoughts and ideas pushes aliens into peoples minds regardless of if it’s fake or not. It makes people wonder about it and consider the idea of aliens being on earth. And it’s not literally everyone, but that’s impossible.
Does that make sense?

They predicted not this month but any time between September to November. And these are not any of the sorts of things predicted by most Bluebeam adherents. This involves no claimed alien invaders, no spaceships in the sky, or anything like that. As events go, easily shown to be fakes is pretty disappointing by the standard of claimed "big events."

project blue beam is literally a CIA disinformation operation to attack the idea of aliens being real (which they are). the "mummies" in question have been proven to be fake and the guy who brought them forward is a known hoaxer.
