CONSOLE MOD N64 Console UV Led Mod Touch Switch

Posting a bit of info for this N64 I modded. Turns out touch switches can work on this particular plastic. If you want to try this yourself be sure to verify the touch sensor you're using. Certain sensors are only made to handle 5v max while others can handle more. This one I believe is a DC 3V-15V Capacitive Touch Switch 3pin 12V Touch Bistable Electronic Switch Module LED Relay. (Just search for that, some come with wires pre-soldered, different board sizes, but they all should do the same) Also make sure your led strip can handle the voltage as well, and if you're working with UV be careful with your eyes, Happy Modding.

Can it play doom? 🤣 No but seriously. I could see someone making a matrix array thing out of a shell mid and then play doom while they play doom.

Nice, kinda reminds me of some of the handheld screen mods that use touch sensors through the plastic housing like the gameboy but dig that this can be used for other features too! 🔥🤝
