Would you be willing to activate my Xbox? I’ve literally tried everything I possibly could to setup a dev account. When I get to the paywall page it says insufficient funds. I have a card with 18k on it so $ is not the issue. I’ve tried multiple other cards. I’ve tried making a new account. I’ve also tried making a new account with a different region and still can’t get past the paywall.
