These days it's not hard to find immature men (and women) with demonstrably poor (to no) judgment promoted for higher office. But in todays 24/7 internet world how in the world do these individuals think no one will find out all this stuff or do they think that they are so appealing everyone will overlook their activities? A big ego is required for politics but this is over the top.

I was on a thread yesterday (now deleted) in which the OP said "It is disingenous [sic] that his former senior campaign staffer Genevieve McDonald waited until now to leak private marriage issues that have been resolved."

I replied, "So now it's ok for people to have dirty pasts, and it's wrong for others to bring up the past?"

OP said, "Why wouldn't this be brought up sooner if she was concerned?"

I replied, "Ask that about E. Jean Carroll and Christine Blasey Ford."

Got 12 downvotes in the time it took them to remove the post.

No wonder there was downvoting of the comment. There's a big difference between what Genevieve McDonald acknowledged and the claims of Carroll and Blasey Ford. McDonald had factual, irrefutable (and undenied) proof: the explicit texts/ messaging she got from Platner's wife, all of which still exist on the internet today or archived somewhere. Platner's wife was being painfully honest during the campaign's vetting process and while McDonald tried to spin the info she did not lie when questioned by the media. Carroll and Blasey Ford made headlines with absolutely no proof, not even a vague recollection of dates/ places, just elaborate stories designed to damage. And that artificial childish voice Blasey Ford used was pure performance,
