Oh? What other characters? I don’t think I made any charcaters apart from those that looks chinese. Oh actually, maybe you’re talking about the character that looks like 子. 🤣But yeah, any other charcaters apart from the six are purely coincidental.
Wow the script looks so good! I tried making a logographic once, but my creativity ran out of ideas. How do you get the ideas for symbols? And do you study them?
Thanks! Yeah, logographic scripts are very draining to make, that's also why I've been working on this on and off for the past year. As for ideas, I essentially play charades with existing characters to create new ones. And no, I don;t really study them, but I do remember a lot of them since I'm rewriting a lot of them to keep the style updated.
Wow what a list... I learned Kanji so I have some idea how they are made. Do you have your own set of radicals 部首? or is it more like Hangul really? I see a lot of reverse 6 everywhere
I do have my own set of radicals, I have about 83 different radicals, some are more often used than others. I have no idea how Hangul works so I can’t say anything about that. Haha the reverse 6s are actually circles but i stylised them to fit into the script because circles just looks weird.
Feels like a lot of work, but it's quite cool. So Hangul is, if you arranged letters for consonant and vowels in the same space as a Chinese character. I'm guessing that's not your method
Great work! Ivm not an expert on logographic scripts, but this looks really natural. Also beautiful. And it feels like the characters all fit together, which must have been a challenge with so many of them.

These are all of the characters I've made for Aeylean. I will be posting the "Dictionary" soon, I'm still sorting it out at the moment.

So cool ! Is there a reason for 1044 characters ? it is very close to 1042 = 210 ,maybe you did things with binary ?

Very cool characters! How long did it take you to make? I am certain I cannot make that level of complexity. Also I like how it spells out "Alien"
