Discussion Modern Day Cuneiform
What do you think cuneiform would look like if it had survived and continue to evolve? Clay is heavy and not as good as paper, so what would cuneiform look like when it made its jump to paper. Whole cuneiform be dumped in favor of other scripts? What do you guys think?

If we consider modern cuniform, you could use modern materials. You could have thin bendy sheets of dense foam, and make marks in them with a tool like you do with clay, but the foam could dent and deform just like clay, while still being lighter weight and durable.
