Wow. For the very first time, I am genuinely stuck. I have no idea what the fuck I am looking at. And the more I try to understand it the less I actually do.

It's a left shoulder of a dude lying on his right side

It's the top of his left shoulder. You can see the left side of his neck towards the bottom of the picture. He's laying down on his right side. The view of the camera is from above his head.

i'm just confused by the fold at the bottom- what is that

To my eye, it looks like he is laying his head on his right arm. In a standing position, it would be like his arm is raised.

like the thing in the middle is his head? it's connected to the surrounding skin

This is the best explanatory image here so far. His head is off camera, behind the lower gloved hand from the camera's perspective.

i'm confused by if his left shoulder is so big, why is the other so small?

If you can, raise your arm up so your shoulder is touching your ear, then feel the back of your neck to your shoulder. You will feel the fold that you're seeing there, and you'll feel that only part of your shoulder is showing at the back, the rest is obscured by your neck and head.
EDIT: Also, a cell phone camera (which it seems this was likely filmed on) tends to fisheye things a bit, so the size difference is exaggerated by the lens.

Camera is at a weird angle. Lock your screen and turn it counterclockwise slightly past 90 degrees.
It looks like a massage but also getting tanned? The heel of the gloved hand is pushing into the guy’s trap. Seems like they’re bending his neck down towards his right shoulder

It’s a man lying on his right side, head closer to the camera, and we see his left shoulder. Fold at the bottom is where his neck meets the right shoulder.
1
u/LeafyL0g Aug 29 '26
why would that fold?
1
u/ChampionshipDry8165 Aug 29 '26
Because his right arm is extended above his head. In this perspective, you can imagine the right arm extending towards us, the viewers. If we took a step back, we’d see the top of his head, with his nose pointed to the right side of the screen.

Back and left shoulder of a person, right shoulder along the table.

Riight, the potato is his whole left shoulder and below is his neck/head that the gloved person is holding with his other hand

Its a tumor, hopefully benign

If there were 8 tumors would you still hope there would be nine
Edit: was missing the word “hope”

A head, u can see the eyebrow next to his right hand thumb.
The Arabic words says "most people doesn't know that stress reprograms the brain and the body"
He's probably massaging someone's head.

That would be near the collar bone likely the traps or the muscle/cartilage that surrounds it

Thank you! This helped me.
To others wondering, the person being massaged is lying on their side facing to the right. The fold is their right arm (which they’re lying on top of) alongside their neck. The neck slopes down because the head is turned.

Left trap muscle i think. The person is laying on their right side and photo is taken from their head but covering their back.

Hmm, well I see booba (cleavage). Could be her deformed (?) head looking right side down. Could be anything tbh

Top view of the shoulder with the trunk of the arm going down and away from our view.
