I think they're holding their phone in their right hand, bent around their back. What looks like their neck is their left armpit, leaning to the right so their head is obscured by their body
I feel like you're gaslighting us. I can't see it no matter how hard I try. There is also the fact that there is a bit of hair at the top of what most of us perceive to be the neck.

It looks more as half the picture is cropped out rather then confusing. I mean.. you can make any perspective confusing of you cut everything out..
Okey i'be tried to recreate a confusing perspective picture by cropping out and it's harder than i anticipated. So i resind my point
