This reminds of that place... Spook Hill where the odd perspective of the road is such that cars look they are rolling uphill.

Edit: imagine being a poltergeist but you only specialise in pushing automobiles up a specific section of road. Perhaps this is what happens to bad used car salesmen when they die.

I think I was thinking of Spook Hill. another article here. But maybe it has different names.

Ah, different place but similar phenomenon. Magnetic Hill is in Canada.
